Important Update: FINCEN Implementation
Beginning today, FINCEN reporting requirements are in effect and will impact certain trust and cash transactions.
This adds another layer of transparency to our industry and may initially extend some short escrow timelines by a few days as the process is implemented. I’ve included a Q&A below for those who want details.

Join me and my Kiwanis friends for an afternoon of Bingo, laughter, and community spirit. Proceeds support our project to place AEDs along 1st Street — something that will truly save lives.
The company is fun. The drinks are delicious. The cause is meaningful.
